It is now able to offer greater flexibility and reduced lead times for battered, breaded and fried products. Mark Eland for Accolade stated "Contract manufacturing demands that we are able to react to our customer requirements quickly with the minimal amount of set up costs. Our new facility expands our capabilities with forming and five pass production lines to meet our customer demands.
